Tadić in Serbia's initial World Cup squad

Dušan Tadić has been included in Serbia’s initial 27-man list for the FIFA World Cup.

As expected, the Saints playmaker was included in the group announced by head coach Mladen Krstajić this afternoon.

Serbia’s squad will be trimmed by four people ahead of the June 4th deadline for teams to submit their final squads for this summer’s finals.

Serbia have been drawn in Group E at the tournament, where they face a challenge to progress, with Brazil and Switzerland on the agenda for them, as well as Costa Rica.

Ahead of the finals, Serbia will face Chile, on June 4th, and Bolivia, on June 9th, in warm-up games.
